This very powerful method helps individuals enhance their understanding of the barriers they need to overcome when seeking employment, and to recognise new opportunities in order to develop new skills and aspirations leading to more effective job-seeking outcomes.

The approach has been used successfully in helping 100 women, who participated in the European Advancing Women in ITEC project, to develop more clear and focused action plans leading to employment after a career break.
